Children & Youth

Nursery

The Nursery is available for infants and children, 0-3yrs old, every Sunday morning from 9:15am to noon, and during special events and services. Our nursery is staffed by two paid care-givers.

CHILDREN'S MINISTRY


Children’s chapel (a.k.a. Sunday School) happens September - May during the 9:30 worship service.  Children aged 4 through 5th Grade are welcomed when they arrive in our Children’s Chapel from 9:15 to 9:30.  At 9:30 one of our Clergy leads them in an age appropriate and active service that includes music, story telling, activities and crafts.  They are brought to main worship space during the passing of the peace for the rest of the service so they can participate in the Eucharist

Other children’s formation events throughout the year include Vacation Bible School (VBS), The Advent Tea, and the Holy Week Workshop.  First communion prep occurs during the Holy Week Workshop.

YOUTH

The Youth (ages 6th grade to High School Graduation) of St. Patrick's meet weekly September through May on Sunday evenings 5:30-7:30. A night at youth group starts with dinner, and then the planned activity. Youth activities range from field trips and opportunities to serve to playing games and learning spiritual practices. All youth activities encourage a relationship with Jesus, Self, and Others, and are designed to aid the faith life development of our future generation.
